How do you change the maximum simulation time?

Deselect everything in your scene by either left-clicking in an empty area of your project or right-clicking the name of a previously selected object in the layers or project list. This action will reveal the project settings under the “properties” menu. Then, navigate to the control panel on the left side and left-click on the large “edit” button.

Next, left click on the time button to reveal the “time-max” option. Set the maximum time as needed for your case.

Be sure to ensure that no objects are selected in order to reveal the time menu, otherwise the options for the selected object will be displayed in the left side control panel rather than the simulation control options. For example, selecting the vehicle in the simulation below reveals the vehicle property options rather than the simulation control options.

Note, you can deselect an object simply by left clicking in an empty region of the simulation environment.

Also note, the upper limit to time-max is 5 minutes.
