I’ve upgraded to a 4K display and now my icons are very small and text in the left-side control panel appears to be cut-off. How do I fix this issue?

If you’ve recently purchased or upgraded to a 4K display you may notice some scaling issues with icons and text within the Virtual CRASH interface. This is easily resolved by following the workflow below. The workflow is shown for version 5, but can also be used for versions 3 and 4.

RECOMMENDED METHOD

First, navigate to Program Files > vizi>Virtual CRASH 5, right-click on vcrash5.exe, and select "Properties". Go to the compatibility tab and select "Change high DPI settings".

Next, check the "High DPI scaling override" box, change the high DPI scaling override from Application to System, and select "OK" then "Apply". Close and restart Virtual CRASH.
