How can I display speed and distance information in my videos?

In Virtual CRASH 6, 5, and 4, you can use the Smart HUD (“On-screen Dynamics Info”) to accomplish this task. Please see: (VC6 | VC5 | VC4). See this post to learn about programming the On-screen Dynamics info tool.

The Smart HUD is not available in Virtual CRASH 3. In Virtual CRASH 3, to display speed and distance information within your scene, you’ll need to use the Dynamics Info tool. Note, Virtual CRASH 6, 5 and 4 users can also use the Dynamics Info tool. See this post to learn about programming the Dynamics Info tool.
To enter Dynamics Info boxes, simply select the Dynamics Info tool.

Next, hover your mouse over the object you wish to use this feature on. When it turns blue, left-click and hold and drag your mouse to place the Dynamics Info box into your scene.

The Dynamics Info objects have attributes that can be modified in the left side control panel.

You can also place multiple instances into your scene. These will update as you modify your vehicle sequences.
